Moo Moo — Restaurant in Krakow

Me and my partner booked to eat at moo moo in hopes for a good meal out that we can enjoy together. However this is far from what we got. The issues started upon arrival. We made an order with our server for the calamari burger, a double cheese burger 2 portions of chips and drinks. When the drinks arrived they were placed on the table for us which wasn’t a problem however we did notice the other servers went out of their way to provide a better service for other guests and poured the drinks for them as well as offering ice. A service we did not receive. When the food arrived my partners burger was only a single. When we questioned this they asked if they would like a singular burger Pattie to be brought out. We asked for the burger to be remade as ordered. Whilst this was happening the servers avoided contact with us and made us feel isolated. After 10 minuets of waiting I approached a staff members and asked how much longer this would take as I was almost done with my meal and did not anticipate on eating my meal alone whilst my partner watched. The waitress then explained that our waitor denies my partner asking for a double burger which was untrue. Due to this lie I approached our survor who also denied this. My partner was not offered any new chips as his others had gone cold after waiting for his burger for 15minuets. This had to be asked for. No apologies were made throughout the whole experience and we were avoided for the rest of the evening. Here is what do you need to know before making a visit: Up to 1h to get the order, if you need to eat fast or you have tight schedule that's not the place you want to choose. Payment for service included in the bill, in our case we paid 50zl. extra last time. Personally I find it super annoying. I'm sorry to say that, but it is restaurant supposed to pay salary, not customer. Please, include it to the price of the dishes, otherwise it looks like a cheap trick. You will pay for steaks more than it is written in menu. Let's say you order 600g steak, you will get 700g and you will pay extra money for these 100g. And it is NEVER less than 600g. I've been there like five times and it is always like that. So, in fact, our company of four paid 150zl more than we actually ordered and expected (remember about paid service as well) which is quite a lot, don't you think? In winter there is no place to put your jacket. Not even one hanger. You supposed to put the jacket on the back of your chair, which is okaaaay, but probably not what you expect from the place, I had some weird time walking around searching where to put my clothes before I realized that people just have it with them.
