I would like to share my terrible, terrible, and once again horrible experience with this establishment. The high price to enter on New Year’s Eve is acceptable, the bar and entry staff are attentive; however, one of the most necessary aspects, the coat check, was a complete disaster. The queue took over an hour (almost as long as the bathroom line, but much worse). There was a very young employee doing nothing at all, not even providing information, because she was extremely busy on her phone. If you dared to ask a question, she would respond rudely. Over the course of an hour or more in line, she seemed furious, bad-tempered, irritated, and treated people with absurd ignorance, all because we were “disturbing” her while she was on her phone instead of working.

After waiting for more than an hour in line, without answers about pricing or even confirmation that there was space to store my coat, when it was finally my turn to retrieve my jacket and hat, she reluctantly handed me my jacket. When I asked about my bright yellow hat (which was hard to miss and had been stored with the jacket), she said it wasn’t there. She didn’t even look! She just returned to her phone. I insisted that she check again, but she claimed she already had and refused to look further. She continued fiddling with her phone and said she wouldn’t search again.

I then politely asked if I could look for it myself since she was unwilling to work. She refused and continued ignoring me. Frustrated, I told her that I would call the police or that she should either check properly or allow me to check. She said she would call the police if I entered, and I told her to go ahead, as it would save me the trouble. At this point, her colleague, another young man, stepped in. He claimed she had already looked for the hat, which was false since she never even got up.

While others in line were equally outraged by her behavior, this young man went further into the storage area, found my hat, came back, and threw it on the floor for me to pick up. Not only do these employees dislike working, but they also humiliate customers and treat them with outrageous discrimination. BEWARE! Be careful not to be humiliated here.

Ich möchte hier meine schreckliche, schreckliche und erneut schreckliche Erfahrung mit diesem Etablissement teilen. Der hohe Eintrittspreis für den Silvesterabend ist akzeptabel, die Bar- und Empfangsmitarbeiter sind aufmerksam; jedoch war die Garderobe, eine der wichtigsten Einrichtungen, ein komplettes Desaster. Die Schlange dauerte über eine Stunde (fast so lange wie die Toilettenschlange, aber noch schlimmer). Dort war eine sehr junge Mitarbeiterin, die absolut nichts tat, nicht einmal Auskünfte gab, da sie extrem damit beschäftigt war, an ihrem Handy zu tippen. Wenn man es wagte, eine Frage zu stellen, reagierte sie äußerst unhöflich.

as someone who has been living in krakow for 2 years as a student, i’ve tried out a lot of the local clubs and i can say that the staff here is the rudest in town. ok the drinks r cheap but pls. for the love of god, go anywhere else. last night i went with some friends and left my coat at coat check and when i handed the women back my bracelets (2, 1 for purse 1 for coat ) they only handed me my purse (1/2). i definitely gave them my jacket bracelet but they did not believe me, i was not drunk at all, and yet these women were so mean and disrespectful, laughing at my frustration instead of helping. the bouncers did nothing but told us we were stupid and they didn’t care. in the end, as i am sitting on this floor in tears, they finally realize they indeed messed up and gave me my coat after realizing she had put the bracelet on the wrong hook but instead of apologizing they acted like we were the issue. we knew the brand name, we showed many pictures of me in that jacket, but they wouldn’t even try to take a second glance. if she had just looked again it would have been fine. the disrespect was insane. i’ve been to this club numerous times and have loved it so to have this experience just sucks. the vibe is good, the music is great, but this made me hate it. like i get it, it’s late everyone’s hammered n u j wanna go home but it was their job. not mine. and their mistake was not the issue, their poor ability to act as decent humans was. like just say i’m sorry and it’s all good! also i have a brace on my wrist as i broke it and had surgery less than a month ago and the security woman who was of course useless hit it hard and did not apologize, yet again trying to claim it was my fault. somehow i spend 4 hours on the dance floor and no one hit my wrist but the people in charge of our safety do. sometimes i’m sorry goes a long way, and last night it would definitely have. like i said, especially as a woman, DO...

Do not go here as a tourist! Violent staff and theft. Although the club itself looks quite nice and the bar staff were friendly. The music was fun, it is similar to British music in the 2010s and the guests seem friendly. When leaving coats in the cloakroom we found the staff were unsmiling and lacked emotions but thought they were just young. However, upon trying to retrieve my own and my partner's coats we were given my coat and not my partner's. They said his wristband did not have a number, however I have a photo on my phone with a number sellotaped to the band, the band given back was smooth and blank, this suggests attempted theft of property. We were also quite panicked by this as my partner thought he had left his insulin in his coat. We showed ID, hotel location and pictures of the coat and asked to go get the coat ourselves and show pictures to prove it was ours. Additionally we suggested it should be next to mine which they returned and should be the number next to this. The cloakroom staff were not bothered or interested in helping us and came across very rude. They said we had to wait four hours until 5am. We were panicked about not retrieving the coat with my partner's insulin. We were also frustrated after showing pictures of the coat and having my own coat returned they wouldn't give his back. Eventually the door staff helped us and after immediately finding the coat (which was suspicious how quick they found it) the bouncer/cloakroom staff who handed back the coat punched my partner in the face for no reason after first shouting in my partners face. We were only polite to the staff even though they appeared to be attempting to steal property. The cloakroom bouncer is not a nice man and lacked emotional control.
