It was good that we reserved as the place was packed. Obviously they have a following and most of the dishes were interesting and usually successful. I thought the best of the bunch was the fried cheese which really shines here... The Goyza were good but the " haribo" vegetable plate missed the mark. The deconstructed " golonko" comes in a pie form that reminded our English dining companions of home. I liked the side of house-made kimchee which made it even more interesting ..It was rich and very filling... The dorado served with a light ,lemony cream sauce was also popular. Not a pretty dish but a delicious one.. Nicely done! My one complaint is the game played with the wine.. Most of which is of the bio variety , sadly, and without a wine carte we ended up paying far too much ordering it by the glass as you aren't given any warning of what it will cost: 25 zlotych for a small pour seems excessive..... Czech beer on tap was a far better deal: A pint going for 15 Zlots.. I don't understand why they cant be bothered to print out a list of wines and what they cost by the bottle as well as glass. All in all though, a fun, lively place with food that breaks the mold of much of the usual fare served in town.... Well...

Thought I would be blown away but I was not impressed. I was looking for bold flavours and pairings and I did not get much of the formers, only some of the latters. I chose the cutlet and it was greasy, lacking salt, and with a not completely working pairing with grapefruit and capers. The accompanying potatoes were ok. The menu is small, with prices what you would expect in Krakow these days.

Service was quite slow and we were forgot at the end. It happens, not a big problem. I found weird that all the tables outside were available but we were told that all those inside were not. In over one hour no table inside was filled, and it was peak dinner time. Weird.

To sum it up, not an entirely satisfying option to have a meal at. The location is beautiful, perfect in summer, but pairings and service can be...

Very cute restaurant with amazing food and sharing concept, located in nice spot. I have friend in Norway who is into fine dining and interesting concepts of the restaurants. We are joining him sometimes in his research and to be honest - Kropka would blow his mind 😃 yellow beetroot and yellowfin tuna were amazing starters, combination of taste were surprising and so was the way of serving it. Risotto with pea and Italian spicy sausage was delicious. Schnitzel would be a star of any other restaurant, here was just delicious, because other three dishes were surprising, not only delicious😋 best place I was in a long time, fancy, different, tasty and so cheap for the high level Kropka represents.
