I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Trust Cocktail Bar in Krakow, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was in for something special. The perfect staff and exquisite recipes truly set this place apart from the rest.

Excellent 5-star service with decent cocktails.

The best part of this place is the staff. All of them are lovely people, from the front door hostesses to the bartenders. Everyone was very welcoming and did their best to please. Very great to sit at the bar and chat with the bartenders and other patrons. It's definitely not a spot to come if you're shy or want a quiet drink to yourself. Everyone is so open and friendly! Despite the classy interior and fancy drinks, it had such a local neighbourhood bar vibe which really made the experience much better. It does get rather loud when it's packed.

Some of the signature cocktails are fantastic, others missed the mark for me. But each to their own. I wasn't a huge fan of the menu theme, and didn't feel like the drinks really matched that well with the songs. It just wasn't particularly creative that way and think they have so much more potential than is shown on the menu.

The best part of the actual drinks was that even though we weren't hot on all the menu cocktails, the bartenders are incredibly driven and talented and served us perfect bespoke creations based exactly on our tastes.

It isn't a cheap cocktail bar, but it is reasonable. You get what you pay for. The drinks are strong enough and well-designed enough to be worth the prices. And you're also paying for the great ambience and...

What a fantastic bar! We were drawn in by the open doors, the welcoming vibe and the amazing atmosphere. We stayed for the unique cocktails that take you on a journey through taste. Every cocktail comes with a backstory, inspired by a song. The presentation of each cocktail is accompanied by a detailed explanation of its existence by the waitress/waiter. I loved every single one of them. A very nice way to conclude your evening.

P.S. I would really suggest that the waiters/waitresses do not touch the water glasses with the bottle while feeling them up with water. While offering a glass of water is a nice gesture that I really appreciate, cross-contamination through touching of the outside of the bottle on every visitor’s glass is really something that must be taken seriously into consideration. You run the risk of infecting all of your customers if one of them is sick. Please take my advice into account to make your service...
