After going there from time to time during more than 4 years I guess I can evaluate it properly.
First of all, this place has changed a lot in last years. You could see as before they had employees and they were producing more efficient and better quality. In the last 1-2 years there is only one guy(owner I suppose) and the quality has been downgraded will price has raise quite a lot.
Besides how harmful a bad review can be for a business and I know by first hand. In this case I must say my opinion as a regular customer due to a situation days ago.
Im going there regularly and I always buy the same stuff. Besides the guy is not the most polite ever ( many times he didnt give you back even a good morning), I kept going to support small business and because of quality of products. But the other day he really made me feel awful.
The place usually starts serving products way more time after opening, which is normal if only one guy works there. The worst was that I entered ,after some time the place was opened,and I wanted to ask to the guy if he could prepare a specific flavour of croissant to pick up in a while( as usually I find random production of flavours and I wanted 2 of same kind). I tried to ask to him politely -I can communicate basic in polish- if he could prepare it and in how much time I could come back to pick up. Surprisingly the guy didnt even want to listen me, and started yelling to me like to come back later and leave him alone even showing with his hand very unrespecful gesture to leave the shop.
This guy must learn that if you want to have a business in which dealing with customers is required, 70% of it is how you treat them and more important to people that you know that go there frequently( I work with people so I know by first hand).
Everyone can have bad days and maybe you hate people even having a shop, but at some point the quality of your product cant compensate an awful customer service. This is not the way to maintain and success with a shop, and especially the way to treat people that you know go there frequently and help you support the business…
Sadly this place is slowly falling and doesnt deserve anymore support knowing the guy that rules it and how he treats customers. Hope it helps as well for him to improve, if there is anything to improve because he has the same behaviour...
Read moreWe came here when we first arrived on Sunday, the lady that serviced us was perfectly accommodating and friendly so we wanted to stop by again and get something for the journey home. We were served by a man that had no customer service skills and was nothing but rude. Both myself and my partner were stunned by his attitude that we didn’t even say anything but look at him in complete shock. If that’s how he does business I hope to hell the food quality never dips as we won’t be returning again. Very disappointing as peoples interactions with you really have an impact on the overall experience...
