Disgusting service and I will never come again. There are plenty of other good breakfast places around: Kawa, Karma, Nap nap, for example. The restaurant was empty (only at the beginning it was full), BUT we waited for 40 minutes for our order to be just accepted! (with dirty table, we asked for several times to clean it) and for the food we waited + 40 min We were late totally for all our other activities we planned for Saturday.
About the food: We ordered Norwegian breakfast, Polish and Croque Madam small portions, very small portions. not really good quality of ingredients: the salmon was not fresh The polish breakfast came without bread (but with butter on the plate so its supposed to be there) ans we extra waited just for bread around +15 min
The stuff was so sorry and gave us a discount, but they really ignored us and served the tables and brought food to people that came later than us It's ridiculous Don't...
Read moreI arrived at the cafe and was surprised to find it nearly empty, with only a few tables occupied. I decided to order breakfast, and the waiter informed me that I would need to wait for a minimum of 30 to 40 minutes for my meal to be prepared, primarily for eggs, it seemed. This already seemed quite excessive given the limited crowd.
After patiently waiting for 40 minutes, I decided to inquire about the status of my order, as no one had checked on our table during that time. To my astonishment, they informed me that there had been some issue, but they could now prepare my order in just 5 minutes. This stark difference between the initially quoted 40 minutes and the later 5 minutes left me utterly baffled and frustrated.
While I had enjoyed this cafe in the past, this recent experience has left a bitter taste. I hope they can address these issues and provide more consistent service...
Read moreIt's always great when you stumble across a gem. We were returning to another cafe for breakfast but was closed to renovations and we wandered down to find Liberty. So glad we did! My Wife had Shakshouka and my Boy and I had granola. Big portions had us full especially granola, laden with fresh fruit, choc chips and nuts. I even had the tiramasu that went so well with my cappuccino {I had two of those} So in all, we had Shakshouka, 2x granola, 2x freshly squeezed orange juice, 2x large cappuccino and tiramasu and price came to (if my memory serves me well, I paid cash) about £35. Excellent value for a very filling and tasty breakfast. All staff were very pleasant too!!! Will be seeing you on next visit to Kraków, hopefully next year! Thank you!!
