They have locations all over the city. There are 2 on Floriańska. This review is for the one that is a block away from Florian's Gate.

It's all self-service. Just find a table and order at the counter. The buzzer will let you know when your food is ready to be picked up. The pickup counter is in the back of the dining area. The server was very kind in helping us bring the food to our table. They are all dressed in traditional Polish garments. The décor is also very nice. It's a great atmosphere!

We obviously ordered too much. We should have ordered just one savory and one sweet pierogi plate. These are 8 large & generously filled dumplings. However, it was great to share 3 different fillings. I had the vegan mushroom, cabbage, and onion filled dumplings, while my husband chose the pork, cabbage, and onion. They were very tasty. We especially loved the fried & caramelized onion topping, chives, and garlic sauce. The sauce was an additional charge, and so worth it. It all blended well together. Very comforting!

The cherry & mascarpone cream ones were not what I was expecting. It's more mascarpone than cherry. The flavors were there. It was good, but I think I'd order a different dessert next time. It was just too heavy on the cheese for me. I'll try their homemade cake next time. Hopefully there will be a next time. We really enjoyed our...

The food is very good, the prices are also very good, but the service could be much better. The waitresses were not particularly kind and something terrible is that they start to clean the tables before you finish eating! That's standard protocol that any restaurant must follow, you can't start taking people's plates if they're still eating, especially without asking first! My girlfriend and I were eating Zurek in bread and my girlfriend stood for a moment to go to the bathroom and while I was still eating suddenly one waitress came to the table and without asking she took my girlfriend's plate that still had almost the whole bread. When my girlfriend arrived she was so upset cause of course she wanted to eat the bread as well, that's the whole point of asking for that soup IN THE BREAD, they cannot do that. I think they have a lot of things to improve regarding the service, because the place is very good and it's a must go if you...

Feel ourselves like we wasted 60 zl 😐 We had noticed this place because of nice decorations but after we tried the food a huge disappointment covered everything. I ordered a mushroom soop with noodles which was no that bad (mostly plain broth, it was almost tasteless). My dear friend ordered a beetroot soup and it was a big mistake. It wasn't soup at all! It was just red colored water that had beets taste. On the bottom were some small meat dumplings. For my personal opinion it's quite shame to named this things "dumplings". Waitresses weren't really pleasant to us too. Only one lady was nice, I guess she was just hired. When my friend asked for some bread it was feeling like they joking about us behind our backs (another two waitresses). Conclusion: we will never be back. Hope it was just bad coincidence. Can't...

I was really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately the food didn’t meet expectations. Prices feel quite high for the quality. The żurek, for example, tasted acidic due to conservants or old broth and the sausage seemed packaged rather than fresh. The pierogi were too humid seemed poorly defrosted, and the duck and apple version was confusingly served with the apple on the side, while the duck filling was more like a pâté and very dry. The sweet pierogi also weren’t sweet at all on their own, only when eaten with yogurt which I doubt was vegan. The service is autoservice, nice for a fast food polish restaurant. So 1 star. Food I've tried better polish food in cheaper restaurants. Ambience instead, is fantastic really, music, decoration and that is super beautiful, what a pity doesn't meet the food.
