Very very very bad service

extremely disappointing experience . We had an incident where a minor was left stranded in the restaurant for three hours. (the family stays in the hotel but they were outside). Although he had some money, he was just short by a few zlotys. The staff refused to let him charge the difference to the room, leaving him alone and unattended for hours.

When we contacted the waiter on the phone to resolve the situation, he was unhelpful and refused to assist. Upon our return, the restaurant manager was uncooperative and dismissive. He didn't believe the incident occurred, refused to speak with the waiter involved, and did not offer any apology to the child. The staff's behavior was appalling, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very bad service—never...

The food is terrible and shouldnt even be allowed to be sold let alone called food, absolutely dreadful. You would lose 10 years off your life if you ate their “food”. The service is even more dreadful, the waiters and managers are disrespectful and uncooperative. Refusing to cooperate with their loyal customers and only caring about money no matter what the situation is. Absolutely terrible people and food and shouldnt be recommended to anyone.
