Restauracja McDonald's — Restaurant in Krakow

The staff is very strange. I had an unpleasant situation last week, and now it happened again today.

Last week, I ordered table delivery. I waited for 20 minutes, but no one brought it to me. I went to find out what was going on, and the staff looked at me in surprise. I provided my payment receipt, and it seemed like everything was resolved—they promised to bring my order. Then, a girl from the staff came and asked if I was sure I had ordered from this restaurant. I replied that yes, I had ordered from the food terminal. There was no explanation or apology. I let it go because mistakes happen.

Today, the situation repeated itself. I ordered takeout and waited for a long time, but my number was still shown as unfulfilled. I approached the staff again, and once again, they looked at me in confusion, even though my order was still unclaimed. Again, no one explained why I didn’t receive my order. After some discussion, they finally gave it to me, but again, without any explanation or apology.

I do not recommend...

Beware: Don’t use the “order to table” option at this location. They didn’t deliver my order (just one hamburger). When I asked, staff insisted it had been delivered and strongly implied I was lying. They then checked the cameras (!!!) and saw that they were wrong. They still didn’t say sorry and behaved like they were doing me a favor by giving me the burger. All this over a 6.90...

McDonald rządzący się swoimi prawami, dostałem zimne frytki co zgłosiłem do obsługi i jak stwierdzili "że one szybko stygną" to po większej przepychance z pracownikiem którego imienia nie znam bo tu jeden chodzi z identyfikatorem, drugi nie zostala wezwana menadżerka która ani nie przeprosiła ani nic nie powiedziała tylko poprostu wymieniła mi z laską frytki, imienia menadżerki też nie znam bo nie miała identyfikatora krótko ścięta w okularach, ja rozumiem że McDonald to nie jest wymarzone miejsce pracy, ale jak już się gdzieś pracuje to powinno się to robić sumiennie. Jedyny + to że ten McDonald doczekał się wkoncu remontu i w miarę przyjemnie się...
