⚠️WATCH OUT FOR RACIST STAFF⚠️

One of the staff members is incredibly rude and uneducated, not knowing how to communicate with people in civilised society, or even racist possibly. She has dyed blonde hair, pointing out her features.

I just politely said "can I get a beer after him?" when my friend was paying for his drink, but she VERY LOUDLY yelled at me "you're blind?!! I have another customer here!! Wait, wait!!". Some random people looked back at us surprised even in such a noisy situation and my friends tried to heal me like "that's okay, she's just stupid." What's more, this is the thing I'm complaining about the most, SHE KEPT IGNORING ME all the way after that although I tried to place an order at least five times (My friend got a beer for me in the end). She treated other customers quite normally while she ignored me. Even treated my friend in an unnaturally smiling way as if she's teasing me standing next to my friend.

I might understand that it could be a little frustrating when a new thing to do comes up to you when you're busy doing something else, as I'm working at a restaurant too, but it's JUST WRONG to intentionally make someone feel bad. I'm not asking for five-star-hotel hospitality, but even if not paid at a high rate, one with minimum communication skills never takes such an absurd action. Definitely not a thing to get angry about...she's just like a wild animal that decides how to act based on emotions and instincts. The only thing I can assume is that she did it because I look Asian. I might apologise if I had been wrong even by 1%, but this time, I was 200% right and she was 200% wrong.

This time I can't help but to give one star. However, it's usually a very nice and comfortable place with quality drinks for incredibly reasonable prices at a fantastic location. Not only offering good services, they once looked for my earphones with me when I lost them roughly one year ago. I'm pretty thankful for my past experiences that I've had there. Great location, great prices, nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, they have such a terrible service. My recommendation is to if you want to be treated like S**t ! drop by anytime. The waitresses and bartenders are extremely rude. I can understand that there is no a strong managing in the bar, but come on! aren't they supposed to make a living on tips? I was there having a beer and my cell phone battery was dying so I asked one of the bartenders, she barely looked at me said to me, " I have no idea, you have to look for yourself!" witch I did, later, thinking that she had a rough day, I asked another bartender for nachos, I emphasize that I am a vegan,are you sure the nachos has no cheese or butter, can you please ask? ...she looked at me like the air, I do not know? she gave the look like that's your problem you have to gamble" when the nachos arrived..they had cheese just like doritos, I was so upsetI did not bother to asked her again I end up donating my nachos the next people's table. I would never come back to this place no matter what because those girls who call themselves "bartender" are killing the customer like Rambo in Vietnam. Boooooo to...

There were 4 of us. We sat down at a table and waited 1 hour for someone to ask us what to order. In the end a waitress arrived who separated with contempt the two tables at which we were sitting saying: "I want these tables to be separated". I kindly pointed out that there were four of us and she replied: "I don't give a damn". I asked the reason and she with the arrogance that doesn't suit a maid said: "I don't come to your house to move the furniture". We got up and left. We didn't enter anyone's house, we were sitting in a pub, which was not owned by the maid. We had gone in to get a drink BY PAYING money. The place in general is mid. I don't know if the waitress has personal problems that she dumps on her clients at work but frankly it's none of our business. Worst place...
