Pijalnia Wódki i Piwa — Restaurant in Krakow

Whilst having our last drinks of the evening we were dragged out because my daughter took a bite of her sandwich from her pocket what was left from earlier at 0345 am in the morning Whilst in there we had asked for food they said non served do late

Then the bouncer came over dragged my lovely daughter who is delicate in behaviour and frame (timid) and throw her out by the scruff off the kneck Then her party company 55 yrs old Mam Who was stood in shock The bouncer bruised and mark her body in the assault bearing in mind no assault was thrown back by the mother At this point my motherd purse was left behind then disappeared with out a trace total set up assault caused Police called they laughed and drove away

Bei unserem Besuch in Krakau haben wir zufällig die Pijalnia Wódki i Piwa entdeckt — eine kleine, charmante Kneipe, die uns direkt angesprochen hat. Von innen ist das Lokal wirklich cool gemacht: die Wände sind komplett mit alten Zeitungen tapeziert, was dem Ganzen einen nostalgischen und zugleich urigen Charakter verleiht.

Draußen vor dem Lokal gibt es lediglich zwei Tische mit vier Stühlen. Wenn man das Glück hat, einen Platz zu ergattern, kann man bei einem kalten Getränk wunderbar das bunte Treiben auf der Straße beobachten.

Die Pijalnia Wódki i Piwa ist eine klassische Kneipe — hier geht’s ums Trinken, nicht ums Essen. Dafür sind die Preise aber absolut fair, vor allem im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Lokalen im Krakauer Zentrum. Ein großes Bier (0,5 Liter) bekommt man hier für gerade mal 12 Zloty — ein Preis, der im Herzen von Krakau mittlerweile selten geworden ist.

Von diesem Konzept gibt es übrigens drei oder vier Ableger in der Stadt. Wer möchte, kann einfach den Namen googeln und die nächste Pijalnia ausfindig machen.

Fazit: Wer Durst hat, eine authentische Atmosphäre sucht und dabei nicht überteuerte Touristenpreise zahlen möchte, ist hier genau richtig....

The bouncer or security punks are the biggest bullies and bad representation of this establishment. Went in for a few shots and being well behaved. No signs of disorderly conduct and was told to leave by the racist-masculine bouncers for no apparent reason. Was shoved out the door. Wonder if the owner are aware of this type of behavior by their little-weiner guards? Don't...
