Simply amazing, this is one of my top two restaurants throughout all of my Google Reviews. I love this place from the interior, atmosphere, the polite staff and the outstanding food.

Easily another ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me again.

Moja Żona and I visited here on a Friday evening, for starters we sampled the Goose Fat (Smalczyk) with some home made chleb i ogórki kiszone. The second starter was goose liver server on a fresh warm baguette.

Our main courses were 'Saddle of Rabbit/Królik' and 'Fettucine with shredded goose'

Rather than review each dish, I'll simply say that everything was absolutely amazing. The flavours are on another level. The chef(s) here really take pride in what they are preparing and how they present it, i can't recommend this place enough.

Thank you to our waitress once again and the staff from Gęs i Zając, can't wait for our next visit! This is a lovely little restauracja located within the old town of Olsztyn, the food here is not only delicious, but unique and interesting!

I tried the wild boar loin, it was beautifully prepared, juicy, tender, pink with a delicious sauce and vegetables. This was a flavour sensation which I would gladly order again! I've tried boar in a few restaurants, but this was definitely up there in the top 2!

The other dish I sampled was the Goose Dumplings, and my oh my, the flavour from these was immense, like really, I've never tasted anything like this within Poland before. The chef here really knows how to allow flavours to compliment one-another. Everything on this dish worked so well and was beautifully presented.

This is not the biggest restaurant nor the biggest menu, but I would definitely recommend coming here to try some delicious and unique food! (Maybe consider booking a table just to be safe.) I will return for sure, thanks...

We were looking for somewhere with a pleasant feel. As an Englishman wary of some Polish food but with a Polish Partner compromise was made. The surroundings and welcoming staff made it a good start. However, the menu was superb and my goose was wonderful. Looking at the rest of the food on other tables I don’t think you can go wrong here. Please open a restaurant in London and I will be a regular client....

It's not easy to earn applause with cuisine more on traditional side that is not Italian. I think they nailed it. Boiled goose stomachs don't sound too tempting, right? I thought the same.
