ORZO — Restaurant in Poznan

Revised review after a year ago came back for my love the crispy burger to find not only not as tasty as i remember, they also changed the burger bun from black to regular. There was chopped grilled paprika in it but it was cold. Taste wise like there was something missing -probably they put less bbq sauce or simply they couldnt kept up their quality (different cook, different outcome). Hubby got new burger ribs that was an okay taste-wise but the meat could be way more tender. Btw you cant have lunch before 1 PM as they served breakfast only from opening time to 1PM.

No wonder this establishment is always busy. Went here two times. First ordered beef ribs (its kinda rare thing to have here in Poznan) and pastrami sandwich. Beef ribs was okay, it was fork tender, but i dont know, i was expecting more BBQ and sweet potato fries gave additional sweetness in a dish. Not my cup of tea, definitely not really worth the money. Too sweet. Pastrami sandwich was edible, not close to real pastrami sandwich. Overall first visit was okay, really, 3/5 but defo worth to revisit since they have big menu. Second visit, the girls ordered pizzas and they said it was good-i didnt have a try, but it looked decent and huge. I ordered Crispy burger with black bun. It was actually really good!! It was different! The patty was kinda pulled beef and deep fried. There was grilled red pepper gave additional yum. However the wasabi mayo-i dont know, was weird. Fries was really good. They charged additional 5zl for ketchup. Overall i was impressed with my huge burger, highly recommend! Would love to come back and revisit...

During my recent visit to Poznan, I had the opportunity to try the breakfast offerings at this establishment. The experience was mediocre at best. While service was passable, the food left much to be desired.

Food Quality I sampled three different breakfast options, and while they were okay, they failed to stand out in any meaningful way. Several of the dishes tasted dry, which was disappointing. Given that Poznan has a wealth of culinary options, you might be better off exploring some of the city's other food destinations for a better value and quality.

Service The service was adequate, but not outstanding. The staff was attentive to a point but didn't go out of their way to make the experience memorable or special.

Menu Condition One noticeable downside was the condition of the menus. They looked old and as if they needed to be replaced, which doesn't send a great message about the quality or the care put into the dining experience.

Pricing Be prepared for the cost of plain water to catch you by surprise — 15zl for just 0.7 liters. Given that many other dining spots offer similar or better-quality food at comparable or lower prices, it's difficult to justify spending here.

Final Thoughts In summary, while the breakfast options are decent, the overall experience does not match up to the numerous excellent dining options available in Poznan. I would recommend that visitors looking for a culinary experience consider other local spots for a more satisfying meal at a better...

Food was brilliant but the total experience was completely spoilt but the lack professionalism and complete disregard for good customer service.

We were shown to our table promptly though it had taken nearly half an hour for anyone to take our order. When the waitress came we were greated with a smug look and a phrase "what do you want". Our kids had already eaten we have asked if they could do toast or something else to snack on we were told "no not possible". When the food came and it was really nice and our kids nibbled on what we had.

What is shocking is that all staff were more than casual and treating a place like their playground. Texting, chatting amongst themselves, or sitting in the main dining room amongst other customers and tucking into their own food. We have had to ask for a bill having waited another half hour to be acknowledged. The waitress literally got with a mouthful of food and got the card machine. Could not be more dismissive.

If you expect a service with a smile dont go there. If you want to be treated with disregard then that is the place for you.
