Went here with 4 friends on 13/07, our experience was flawed throughout. After being seated and ordering drinks there was around a 30 minute wait to get them, despite the restaurant only being around half full. My friend leant on the table which almost gave way due to being wobbly and his drink went on the floor, no replacement offered or even taken an order for a new drink, went the rest of our time here without a drink. Food arrived and it looked good (until about 5 minutes in when the lights were dimmed to something like a cinema). The meat itself was just okay, slightly overcooked to how I asked for it and j was served the wrong sauce too, nobody came to check on us so had to flag someone down to ask for my sauce, which seemed like such an inconvenience. All in all the best part of this experience was probably the beets and the roasted potatoes. After seeing so many comments on how good this place is, I don't know how they got it so wrong for us.
