As I entered the restaurant with hopes of enjoying a satisfying meal, I was immediately let down by the complete lack of customer service. Unfortunately, the staff seemed more interested in their own conversations and personal discussions than attending to the needs of the customers.
To make matters worse, I found myself sitting at my table for an excruciating 20 minutes without anyone bothering to approach me or take my order. The complete disinterest and lack of attention displayed by the wait staff was truly astonishing. It was as if they had no concept of customer satisfaction or basic professionalism.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise against visiting the Sphinx restaurant in the Poznan Station Mall. The disregard for customer service and the apathetic attitude of the staff make it one of the worst dining establishments I have ever encountered. Attention to detail, eye contact, great listening skills and perfect timing. When pitching and offering suggestions, this customer quickly learned to trust the guidance. Menu knowledge is amazing.
