Normally don't leave a review but here we go. First of all, I love steak and have heard of this place through social media+friends so decided to book myself a table. Service: 0/10 called the restaurant a day prior to add one more person to the reservation of 6. Went to the restaurant and be told that they can't possibly add just ' one chair ' to the huge table of 6 for my friend. Had to ask mutiples times/ convince the waiter who at the end complied to the request and brought us the extra chair. Thank you. Next the waiter who came to take order. Very abruptly, very impatient, very pushy, for a food to be served an hour later, he sure didn't have to rush the ordering process so much. like it's not a drive-thru at mcdonald. LOL. Food: 4/10 had better but onion rings were ok. Steak not at all fantastic as I thought they would be. Not an ideal steakhouse more like roasted yourself with rude service/ very impatient staff/ and the place had zero airway to release the smoke from the kitchen. Some of the customers were coughing their lungs out cause we were stuffed with smoke in our faces. My hair, clothes everything smelled like I just had a bonfire after. So not an ideal place for a date night haha. Overall, not returning. Not worth it....
Read moreI very rarely rate a restaurant but when I take the time to do so it is either because the restaurant is as bad as it gets or above and beyond what my expectations were. In this case I went to steakhouse evil in Poznan, Poland around lunch, it was not busy so I expected excellent service. I was not disappointed the staff were exceptionally responsive and when they showed us to our table, for reasons I do not know we walked across the restaurant to a table that we preferred. They didn’t miss a beat and immediately took our drink order and showed us the appetizers available. We ordered the Wagyu and ribeye. The steaks came out perfectly seasoned and cooked. I ordered the grilled vegetables and Belgian fries both were superb. With the vegetables grilled perfectly and the fries were both crispy and tender on the inside without being greasy. I love to eat at many steakhouses and have extensively traveled the US and several place throughout Europe. This just might be one of the best steakhouses I have been to. Read moreI have been ordering tomahawk, T-bone, rib eye within the platter combo for the past many visits. For the past 2 years having notice the quality has begin to decline, the steak quality aren’t the same anymore. Today we have decide to visit again after 3 months. Ordered 2 dry aged “ribeye steaks”+ 1 strip steak in the platter, came with 3 strips instead and tasted tougher than before (ordered medium rare). From 1st photo it’s from 3 steaks, all looks the same no fat in middle and no ribeye. While having the steak we have noticed a funky taste from the steak thought it’s normal because we trusted the restaurant for quality. However, after the meal all 3 of us felt ill and went to the washroom. (I am typing this in the washroom) I just wish the restaurant could stick to the same standards and quality from way back.
