Retro Hostel — Hotel in Poznan

If there is a possibility, I would give less than a star. I made a reservation in the evening on Booking.com and in the morning of the next day I received an email from the hostel increasing the price by 30%, I called booking and they tried to find a solution but the property owner did not speak English and booking asked me just to go and everything will be fine. I went in the evening with my friend to the hostel but the owner did not accept to host us because we did not want to pay extra than the price we booked with. So We were without a place in a late time 22:00/23:00, after calling booking many times they found a solution for us to stay in another hostel ( which is la guitarra hostel and btw I really recommend both locations In Gdansk and Poznan) and they agree to pay us the difference of money. Bref, it is never about money but about the customer service, the host treated us very bad and he told us that if we can book a bed trough internet, the bed can also jump out of the phone lol. We stayed here for 3 nights, upon arrival we got a little tour of the hostel and they showed us our room,|You can request a lower or upper bunk while you're booking this place if you prefer one or the other.|Rooms are clean and beds are surprisingly comfortable, with a light and power outlet at (almost) every bed,|There's also a locker avaiable which is very spacious.|Showers and toilets are clean and comfortabe, no problems here.|The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a fridge, sitting area is also very cozy.|The hostel is located a 1(!) minute walk from the old city square which is of course really convenient.|There's also a little shop nearby for your basic needs in food, drinks and more, there's a large Aldi supermarket a 10 minute walk away.|I would really recommend staying...

We had problem with our stay in other place and very early morning we called to this hostel.we have been visited this place first time last year.we've got the room straight via phone and even very early morning (7.30am),We can do check in and went to the room.nice and clean.rhey provided common room with kitchen appliances. Free coffie tea .fridge .cooker .tv.computers with Wi-Fi. The room we've got had the shared toilet and showers but there was not waiting time to use as there are a lot of them enough for everyone.staff very nice and helpful.also u don't need to take a towel with u as u can get clean one for very little price at the reception.cost 3zloty(70pences)for all your stay.||We used this hostel second time and again we've left this place very happy.||Highly...
