Where to start.... Best from the beginning.... Poor waitress got confused when we just sat down. Rather than 3 polish menues and 1 english she gave us 3 english and one polish, fine we all could do with it. We were ordering in polish so was easier to understand and explain the requirements. She wrote as we ordered one by one but when she repeted she got two burgers orders other way round. Ok maybe was busy and she was tired. One of the burgers came out cold so we asked to have it reheated as waiting for fresh apparently would take another 30mins and we were there 1hour already. Manager offered dessert as a compensation but we knew that after a meal none of us would be fancy so we politely declined. He hasn't made an effort to apply any kind of discount which in a good place you would ALWAYS get, even silly 5%. They brought replacement fairly quickly but it wasn't what was originally ordered either. Unfortunately, we have confirmed that polish can't cook beef, even burgers.I have to say I haven't been in such a badly managed placed for very long time. In general when you have customers walking around restaurant waiters do let them walk first, safety reasons, in this place even door managment couldn't make them to move to the side to let people walk to toilets. Toilets had no paper and are very tiny. Wierdest thing of all.. hand dryer is over the bin, so when in use all rubbish is flying out. Well lets say, none of us is going back there for a long time, at least not untill we know that managment have improved.
