Cava Golden Terraces — Restaurant in Warsaw

Service is horrible! We asked for the Lunch Menu and specifically pointed on it on the menu. The girl said it's fine and then we proceeded to order what was on the menu, after asking if that was the lunch menu. Then when the bill came, we were charged the individual amount for everything, which was 50% more expensive than the Lunch Menu. When confronting her, she said that the menu is only valid from 12 - 16, although the menu said 12 - 17. Also, the time we ordered was 14:15, so well in time for this. Then after asking to be billed correctly, she said that she doesn't understand English and left. The experience was totally ruined. The food was good and location good, but their employees horrible. I recommend going somewhere else, there are other good...

Cava is an absolute gem for Mediterranean cuisine in the city center! With vibrant and inviting atmosphere, reflecting the love and care put into every aspect of the restaurant 🤍 From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly by the staff. The service, led by the exceptional waitress Wita. She was amazing and very helpful.

As for the food, menu offers a diverse range of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, catering to meat lovers, seafood enthusiasts, and vegetarians alike. We were very satisfied with the wide selection of dishes. I also recommend to go here for breakfast, it is very very tasty here 😍

The worst experience ever

Stay away from this place! I ordered bread and calamari (squid) in olive oil. I received a bowl with spicy red sauce and brown pieces of stew (or something like that). The service is really bad and very unpolite, especially the manager. When I complained about the dish, they took my plate away and didn't say anything. After that I asked for the check and they wanted me to pay for the bad meal that I didn't even have!!! We had a discussion and they said they don't care if I didn't eat it or if it wasn't the same thing that I ordered, but I had to pay for it anyways. Very unprofessional. Avoid...
