This place is terrible!!!! Avoid at all costs! I sat down at a table and didn't get acknowledged for 10 minutes. I had to walk up to the bar and ask for a menu. After not being acknowledged again for 20 minutes, I had to go back to the bar and order my food. The lights go out 10 minutes later, and I get told they can't cook because the power was out. I was told I could get a free beer for my trouble, which never arrived. The power comes on and I get my food about 15 minutes later, an hour and 10 minutes after I ordered it. The food wasn't that great, but it was good enough to eat. They took forever to bring out the bill. Nobody came around to ask if I needed change. If they would've come around and asked for change then, I might have given them a tip. The bill was 67,00 in Polish currency, and they reason they got 70,00 from me was because I didn't want to wait around another hour to get my change. They got a 3,00 Polish currency tip from me, which is equal to ,75 in American dollars, and the service wasn't even worth that amount of tip. I've been to 19 countries in Europe, and this place is by far Europe's...

I recently visited Winestone Warszawa Centrum and while I appreciated the restaurant's trendy design and atmosphere, my experience was somewhat mixed. Unfortunately, my group and I experienced long wait times for our drinks - over 10 minutes - which was quite frustrating. While my experience at Winestone Warszawa Centrum was not without its challenges, I would still recommend it to others who are looking for a trendy dining experience. The restaurant's modern design and lively atmosphere make it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or colleagues. However, it would be beneficial for the restaurant to improve their service in terms of wait times for drinks and streamlining their menu for...

I went to this restaurant. The servers didn’t even notice me so I went up to them when they stood chatting in the bar to ask if there is space for me. One of them said “take a menu and sit down”. Never in my life have I been asked, at a luxury restaurant, to find the table and grab the menu myself. After I decided what I wanted to eat, I waited 15 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant, having eye contact with the servers, before I left because I never got the attention to actually order food. Service was just really bad, if the food wasn’t so expensive I wouldn’t have cared. The menu looked very unorganized and I couldn’t grasp what type of restaurant...

We visited your place but, unfortunately, left disappointed. Upon arrival, we were vaguely told that the kitchen was “open-closed” — which made no real sense. Still, we were given menus and waited a long time for someone to take our order. Eventually, we had to approach the staff ourselves, only to be told that the kitchen wasn’t working. This raises a very reasonable question: why hand out menus and let guests wait if the kitchen is closed? Why not communicate clearly and honestly from the start? This kind of service leaves a very unpleasant impression. I hope you reconsider how you communicate with your customers.

When Wiktor or the more experienced ladies (like Gosia) are there, great service. I did have an issue with the service from some of the more inexperienced guys during our extended stay, but management stepped in immediately, and raised the standards back to where they should be. Wiktor and his staff are really going above and beyond to remind my children that hospitality and kindness are the most essential elements of great service. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts.

Winestone is a restaurant in Mercure hotel. There is a lunch menu available. Nice, contemporary interior with lots of light. Food was correct. Thai sopu was a bit mild probably adjusted to local taste, which made me miss some of the flavours I know, fried pasta was missing the taste and was rather of bistro quality, definately not worth the price (should cost no more than half price). Service was a bit reactive (I would just put it on little experience) but friendly.
