North Fish Złote Tarasy — Restaurant in Warsaw

The food's okay but the service is awful. First I was told that I could put all extras on one plate with the fish. At the checkout, the worker Klara warned me in a very rude manner that if I ever come here again, I will have to take a bowl for extras (well, I wasn't informed about it at all, maybe you should put an instruction or just inform your customers more politely). Then I ordered hot tea and she told me that it would be ready in 5 minutes and she would let me know "very loudly". I was waiting for it twenty minutes!!! Obviously, she did that on purpose. When I came to remind about my tea, she smirked and said that she called me several times, which is a total lie! I was sitting literally 1-2 meters from the North Fish counter and it was just impossible for me to miss that. My order number is 160096. Date 26.11.2022. Time 17:38:33. They have a huge sign advertising a fish burger. Classic or spicy I went to the cashier said I wanted the spicy one and I wanted the menu deal. I get it. I start eating it and it’s nothing like what was advertised when I went to complain. They said I made the mistake. I ordered the wrong burger. It’s not the one that’s prominently displayed. I somehow ordered the one that’s on the fine print of the menu board. I pointed out the picture. Said I want that one when I ordered it. Apparently, the manager takes no responsibility for anything and it’s a 100% my fault that following their advertisement and pointing to exactly what I wanted, the cashier rang in something totally different. As for the burger, they provided me with the bun was over toasted and falling apart. Horrible service and just taking advantage of a high traffic area....

I really like North Fish food. It’s always tasty and fresh, perfect for lunch or dinner. But there’s been a change Im not very keen on. Previously you had your fish, fries and salads on one plate and now it’s only fish on the plate and all toppings go into a separate small bowl. I’d much rather have everything on one plate. It’s also a waste of paper the bowls are made of. Generally I’m happy with this very place, good service as well. Will recommend...
