Popeyes — Restaurant in Warsaw

I visited the Popeyes branch in Złota, Warsaw, 01-07-2025 i was there arround 3-4pm and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While eating my burger, I found an insect inside the sandwich. I immediately informed the staff, but their response was very indifferent. They simply said, “We don’t know, if you want we can replace it or give you your money back.”

I didn’t want to escalate the situation, so I asked for a replacement. However, the new burger they gave me wasn’t even the one I originally ordered. When I went back to let them know, their reaction was again dismissive and unprofessional. They eventually gave me another burger, but the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied.

Honestly, after finding an insect in my food, I expected a much more serious and respectful response. This experience made me question the hygiene standards and customer service at this location. I hope they take food safety and customer care more seriously...

I think is the best fried chicken that you can get in Poland, I've ordered the signature chicken several times now. I really love Popeyes signature fried chicken.

Popeyes signature chicken is very crispy, seasoned properly, juicy on the inside, flavourful which signifies perfection.

However, I gotta give a slight thumbs down to the service. In 2 separate ocassions, the kitchen staff forgot to serve fries, gave wrong cup size, also missed an item and I had to inform them about it.

Overall, I would still come back here for the signature chicken, it's very worth it despite the long queue. After eating at Popeyes, I'm not gonna even bother with any other fried chicken restaurants in Poland.

I hope that Popeyes Poland maintains the food...

In a nutshell: long wait badly run badly cooked

We just received our order. It was 25 mins after we placed it. Just a burger meal and a classic meal were ordered. The place isn't packed and the staff didn't seem rushed off their feet--apart from a young blond guy so this is something in the restaurant's control. Be aware if in a hurry or starving. We didn't even get offered our drinks while we waited.
