So I came for an Erasmus to Poland from Spain, never ever faced the problems until I came here to this place!During my semester here only met great people, and visited often Green Nero in Nowy Swiat since I rent a flat nearby. Yesterday , at around 7pm I went there with my group mate from Ukraine and the woman working on the bar was very respect less. Face as if she is working idk as a director in a fancy place lol and other all around are just an ordinary people…She refused to warm up the sandwich I wanted to buy because my hand slightly touched the plate! Saying that everything is disinfected, and I have dirty hands from street:)Remember I didn’t ask for another one , just I asked to warm it up😆Because she as waitress in Green Nero Cafe!Lol , didn’t even ask me if I want it warm woow!She was rude and tired of life I suppose. Dear Green Nero check the staff and watch out who you hire, and maybe check your cameras for demonstration , she even rejected to call a manager. And an advice for a future, I guess you should have learned at school even by you speaking you transmit your bacterias😆And in microwave for high temperature, the microbes dissolve!You better wear a mask not to transmit bacterias to people and wear the gloves, you touch the money with dirty...

Good coffee BUT I used an old armchair (looked comfy) while enjoying and sipping big coffee there. After a while I noticed a small bug on my calf but didn't pay attention to it as we were before in a park but a bit later I realised the armchair is full of them - BEDBUGS!! I informed the staff about that (bedbugs probably weren't their fault) and asked them to remove the armchair at least but second day I went by this café again and it was still there! SO THEY TOTALLY IGNORED THIS PROBLEM AND PAID NO ATTENTION TO IT (completely their fault). My legs were bitten a lot what I realised few hours later when it started to itch. So if you wanna go there DON'T use any old piece of furniture for sitting but I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND TO GO...
