OTO!SUSHI — Restaurant in Warsaw

We came to this restaurant with girlfriend. At first we really like it because of cosy atmosphere and menu. We came without reservation and there were one free table which was provided for us by waiter. Table was without any signs and no one told us that is was reserved. After one hour manager of the restaurant came to us and told "Table is reserved, will you order something else or you are leaving, we have a reservation in 20 minutes". Of course it happens and it is normal situation but he was speaking to us like we are his subordinates or smth and in such situations managers have to tell the guests that table is reserved just like when we came in to the restaurant so we have choice to leave and find some other place or to stay for a particular time untill the time of reservation. Such behaviour really ruined our impression so we even decided to go to McDonalds cz we can't even stay there longer. There were any apologies any tries to solve this situatio, they just told us to leave and that's it. Don't have any wish to come back there anymore even the dish...

Ive been a client here for like 10 years now I suppose. Had dates with my super former boyfriends, outings with my girlfriends, always met Tolek from sweden who passed away and this will always be my cherished memory of our dinners there. My now 6yo son is basicaly raised on their sushi. He always sits by the bar and bothers the sushi makers:) It was his first sushi ever eaten and still is the absolute favourite. We pass it every day going to kindergarten and he always dreams of eating there. There are many sushi places in the cityn, of course. You can always choose something with a most updated, magical interiors or sth cheaper but eventualy, isnt it all about the sushi quality? So here you come for the sushi. Always fresh, always full of flavour, best rolls ever. A bit on the pricy side but sooo worth it! Its a pure celebration to eat here. Today, as we ordered home, I told them Im on the winter project not eating rice and they prepared such a sweet special roll with no rice. So thoughtful! Also! Always super nice people...

One of the best sushi rolls restaurant in Warsaw City! ❤️ I was here I guess 5 times, and also recently ordered sushi rolls for a special dinner with my friends that were delivered to my home. Both on-site and delivery are great! If you want to go out, you can sit inside the restaurant or outside, where you will have a beautiful view of the street Nowy Świat. The delivery to my address was also quick and efficient, no delays. The sushi rolls were very delicious, we ate everything and there were a lot (take a look at the pics). I would recommend to try the soup misoshiru (hot and tasty), california maki with caviar and shrimps, tempura shrimp, philadelphia salmon and shrimp. Also, if you go with a big company, I advise to order sets like maki set 20pcs or maki set premium 28ps. Worth coming, the staff is polite and welcoming. The prices are normal, as usual as for good sushi. True sushi rolls...
