A Taste of Home at Secret Spice - Unforgettable Authentic Indian/Bengali Cuisine I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Secret Spice Indian/Bengali restaurant, and it was nothing short of a phenomenal gastronomic journey. As someone who cherishes authentic Indian and Bengali cuisine, I felt an immediate connection with the heart and soul of the establishment. From the moment I stepped inside, I was warmly embraced by the vibrant, intoxicating aroma of spices that instantly reminded me of home. The food, however, is the star of the show at Secret Spice. The menu, a carefully crafted homage to the diverse culinary traditions of India and Bengal, offers a wide range of dishes that cater to every palate. Each dish is a true testament to the painstakingly authentic preparation and the use of traditional ingredients and cooking methods. The flavors were sublime, with every bite echoing the symphony of spices that Indian and Bengali cuisine is renowned for. The fragrant rice, tender meat, and the perfect balance of spices evoked fond memories of family feasts back home. It was delectably comforting and unequivocally the best I've had outside of India. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, eager to provide recommendations and explain the intricacies of each dish. First of all, we are happy that we have got one South Asian restaurant in Warsaw.

We tried Chicken, beef and Hilsha dish. The taste was really good. Authentic south asian taste. However, the quantity could be more. According to the price, the amount of food is bit low.

Also we tried mango and apple juice. Was okay. Nothing special.

As a dessert we tried Rasmalai and Gulab jamun. The Rasmalai was nowhere near to the real rasmalai. Disaster in one word. (Sorry for being rude). But the gulab jamun was fabulous.

The stuff was a girl. She was a bit weird. We went inside and seated. Waiting for her to come and take order but she didn’t show up. So i called her then she admitted she forgot about us. Well. It’s okay. It can happens. After finishing our meal we were waiting for the dessert. She forgot that as well 😐

Bolt once again proved itself to be useless by not being able to find a courier for my order, but thankfully the owner(?) called me and we agreed on cancelling the Bolt order so that I could come and pick it up myself and pay in-restaurant.

Best hungry/hungover decision I ever made - the food is absolutely delicious!!

I've had many Indian takeaways in my life (I'm from the UK after all), and Secret Spice is probably the best I've ever had in Poland.

The Chicken Vindaloo is actually spicy (unlike some other restaurants) and has an amazing flavour. The dal soup is mind blowing - no exaggeration, it's so bloody good.

This is my new go-to Indian restaurant! Looking forward to trying...
