To To Pho — Restaurant in Warsaw

We went there few times and ordered crispy duck, chicken, prawns with rice noodles and pho bo. The place located is strictly city centre. Interior is poor. "Reception'' looks like old-train wagon sits. Plastic cups, spoons and folks at "reception" definitely not look well. Second room looks strange - few tables placed at very bottom floor level - its just uncomfortable. You will not pay by card. Prices do not correspond the overal feeling inside this place. Ive came here for soup many times and always enjoyed it . But strange situation today, i ordered a soup and the young lady gave it to a different customer and he started eating it- when she noticed she made a mistake she then tried to give me his soup which the other customer had already eaten out of, and seemed surprised/possibly irritated when i didnt want it. Very strange.. all in all the soup was good as usual but ive never had something like this happen to me. I cant stop...

I hope you can invest in better lighting because the place is too dark. Additionally, the cashier was very rude.
