Wrzenie Świata — Restaurant in Warsaw

Terrible service. The lady taking payment and the man making coffee seem like they don't want to be working and are forced to be there. I ordered two iced coffees (where all coffee options on the menu have an iced option) and a salad from the fridge. The lady seemed so annoyed with me that I asked her how much the salad costs as the price wasn't listed. Strange tactic as I'm trying to spend my money here and this is their attitude.

We watched as two coffee cups were placed on the counter by the "barista" . There was nothing said if those are ours, we had to ask. Again, the man making coffee seemed so annoyed that we asked. Why does he act like he is elite to us?

Next, we felt the coffees and they were still warm so we asked if these are the iced coffees that we ordered. He said hot coffee melts ice cubes. Lolol, that was his response. Very rude. I pay for iced coffee, but get warm coffee that melted two ice cubes. He was sassy once again when we asked for more ice. If I pay for ice in 27°c weather, I hope to get cold coffee. I guess that's not possible here.

Needless to say I will not be returning here. I have no time to deal with rude and sassy individuals who think they are...

Since the first time I went there, I have revisited a few times because of the fact that it is surrounded by books, which is calming and it has a young vibe to it. U should keep in mind that as the cafe is small inside, it gets crowded pretty easily after 5 pm. As for food, I have tried both bagels (the one with salmon and the one with dried tomatoes and hummus). They were tasty, but bagels tend to dry out toward the end of the day. Totally recommend the dessert with chia seeds and maracuja mousse. It's not too sweet and...

An atmospheric place where you can meet someone and talk. It's quite noisy, so don't expect romance with your date😅 I'll take a star off for the service and coffee. It's hard for me to understand either due to inexperience or just being in a hurry, but the coffee was brought without a spoon and napkin. And maybe it's their trick and we didn't know😁. I would probably still try to go in the afternoon and see how...
