I've to say the BEST pizza I ate for a long time - even 1000x better than Italian pizza in Venice I ate few days ago. On image; Ale rzym pizza - cream sauce, mozzarella fior di latte, burrata, pancetta, cherry tomatoes, basil, pistachios.. Rich pizza, dough is almost melting like a butter in your mouth, that fresh and gentle dough is. You can feel every flavour on the pizza and together create culinary road trip in your mouth 🥰. My plan was to try polish pierogi on the other side of the street and thanks God I came here 😋. When work similar to "fudging great" comes out from the mouth, you know how delicious food is in Ale rzym 🥰. For the ending I took two cannolos for a couple of people in my hotel and they just loved it. Also the staff in Ale rzym is super kind and caring if everything is ok so all I can say; go to Ale rzym, choose your pizza and chain yourself by the floor, because you'll get an impression of being in Italy, but in reality in lovely pizzeria Ale rzym in the center of Wroclaw, Poland 😉 In the end, I definitely recommend visit to...
Read moreNon-alcoholic beer is nice here. But that's the only good point for me. The place is small and badly ventilated. I was expecting a real Roman pizza, but unfortunately it's not. Starting from the dough, which is in fact supposed to be used for buns, but not for pizza, ending with the ingredients on top. Our pizza was not properly backed, not crunchy, tomato paste together with mozzarella were tasteless. The whole pizza was rather a hot cheese sandwich, but the one you quickly made and haven't payed attention to the result. It's a pity, as Roman pizza is my favourite, I was really excited to come and try. Even the types of pizza topings are the basic which you can find everywhere around. In Rome, instead, the classics are different. In conclusion, the only connection with roman style pizza is the ability to choose a square form. I saw that there are bags of Italian flour around, and other Italian ingredients are supposedly used, but skills and mixology are...
Read moreUnfortunately I don't have a any photo for this review, so I will try to describe it at least with words. (and take a look on the other nice photos)
This place offers a little bit different type of pizza. It's fluffy, light and crunchy. You can choose between classic 30cm circle and big 50x25cm rectangle. Classic one is just enough for one person, big one is good for two persons. To eat big one you gotta have a big hunger or you have to be experienced pizza eater.
I had big Diavola and my girlfriend chose small Capricisiosa. Taste of both pizzas was super great and well balanced. It was a mix of quality ingriedients and well made dough.
Place itself it's pleasant and cozy. Staff was friendly and kind. You can ask for english menu aswel.
Overall, it's great place to eat a delicious pizza. I can definitely recommend this place for pizza lovers, you won't be disappointed.
