I visited Panda Ramen after it was recommended to me and because it’s rated as one of the top ramen spots. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I ordered two of my favorites: gyoza and tantan ramen.
The gyoza tasted like a very low-quality frozen product. The filling was nothing more than plain, unseasoned ground pork—missing key ingredients like cabbage, carrots, ginger, and proper seasoning. Even if premade gyoza is used, there are far better options available than what was served.
Moving on to the tantan ramen, which is one of my absolute favorite dishes. The menu stated it came with peanuts, so I asked to have them omitted. The waitress returned to ask whether I was allergic or simply didn’t like peanuts, which confused me. She explained the base was made from peanut paste. This was another red flag—tantan ramen should traditionally be made with sesame paste, which gives it its distinct, nutty flavor.
I decided to try it anyway, but what arrived was visually unappealing: one side of the bowl was pale and creamy, the other side looked like it was just chili oil floating on top. Flavor-wise, it barely reached a 2.5 or 3 out of 10. The ground meat was completely unseasoned, adding nothing to the broth.
When the waitress asked for feedback, I told her honestly that the food was barely “okay.” I explained that even their gyoza dipping sauce was poorly conceived—just soy sauce and mirin, with no chili oil, scallions, or garlic to elevate it. Her surprised reaction made me think few people have ever given them honest criticism.
I truly hope the owners read reviews like this and reconsider their approach. You don’t need to go to Japan to understand what makes a proper ramen shop, but you also shouldn’t reinvent dishes in ways that strip them of their essence. Sometimes a “creative twist” pushes customers away instead of drawing them in. Given my experience, I honestly don’t know how this place receives such...

I'm sorry because the service was great, but our personal experience with the food was completely dreadful.
Maybe it was only a bad day in the kitchen (as the owner has been pointing out in some replies). Nevertheless, from my point of view, the bad reviews are not taken seriously because we found the same flaws that had been described for some customers.
The broth is extremely salty: we ordered the house's broth, and I'm still drinking water. It's salty as the sea water and it barely has some taste (same goes with the meat that they put inside). My girlfriend left almost all the bowl. I've tried factory made broth thousand times better thant this, which you can buy for just 2€ .
Dismal noodles: you can't call them noodles. My first impression was that they had finished the noodles and they had to use spaghettis instead.
Gyoza: I can't say they were bad, they were just tasteless.
Bill: I'll happy to pay 27€ (129 zł) for two bowls of ramen, 6 Gyoza and one bottle of water if the food was great. However, the feeling was that we were scammed because of the unpalatable food.
(Sorry, but we didn't take the picture...

Attention to detail and a different style makes the food and place take us to another world. Ramen is served with hard-boiled eggs and is a hattesthetic dish in the country of Japan. I ordered the richest broth with my favorite ingredients such as wakame algae, Japanese radish, shitake mushroom and kimchi for an appetizer. Everything was delicious, the meat melted in my mouth. The clients of the restaurant are usually young people, tourists and families .An atmosphere conducive to high comfort and empathy. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to eat a tasty meal or go with the whole family, you will definitely come back there!...
