Place is nice, no comments to atmosphere or staff (friendly), but.. First, they served water in carafe and they charge for it. however typically water in carafe is free. in case it's water from the bottle then water is served in bottle, and it's opened when you can see it.

Second, duck fillet was cooked with blood...duck is a poultry, not red meat steak, and duck has very peculiar smell when it's raw/medium.

On a good side squid in tempura plate was very good.

Is not the first time I come to this or any other of their locations, but there’s always something wrong. If it’s not the poor service, is the food. Today after trying to order something from their almost empty menu, because as the waiter said “it’s Sunday and we don’t have many things in our menu” I decided to get the pumpkin gnocchi and I received a bunch of plain, pre-boiled and cold gnocchi. Disappointed with the service. The bar was not full at that moment.

When ordering (after 20min queue) the waiter told us that our coffees will have cold milk because the coffee machine is broken. We complained and finally the waitress agreed she will warm the milk up in the kitchen.

When the coffees came they were watery and disgusting. Then the waiter said: «I'll put just a drop of milk so it will not get cold» because she did not heat the milk.

We had to go to another place to get some coffee and stay there since we had ordered the breakfast already and paid it.

Breakfast took again 20 min to come to the table and then the bread was toasted but cold and hard.

While eating we ordered more bread (and paid for it) and again we had to wait for 15 additional min to receive the rest of the bread (this time was not...
