We came here for an early dinner and it was unexpectedly full. We waited at the station for someone to come. Several servers walked by us, looked straight at us, but no one would say anything. So I just walked in and asked for a table and we were seated outside. This first interaction should have been an indicator for the how the rest of the night was gonna go, because from there on out, we waited... Waited for someone to bring us a menu... Waited for someone to take our order...which would only happen, after we flagged down a waitress TWICE. Then we waited for the drinks. And then we waited for the food. For almost 2 hours!! If the kitchen is really this backed up, why not let the guests know it will be some time? Or at least check on your guests from time to time? We sat there waiting for over 100 minutes, most of the time with empty glasses that no one seemed to care for. When the food finally arrived after no apology whatsoever, it was admittedly very good. That being said, at this point we had been sitting there for so long, we were just over it. It then took flagging down another 2 waiters to be able to pay and we had to wait ages again for the bill.

Honestly, we are patient people, we were on holiday, but 2 hours is simply not okay. Especially when the rest of the service was so subpar. We always had to ask twice for everything, servers just walked by directly looking at our empty glasses and while the food was good, it was not a 2 hours wait good.

Would not recommend.
