let me start by saying yulia R was lovely,an amazing friendly and attentive server. if we had had her serving us from the beginning this would be a 5* review. I cannot speak highly enough of yulia's service.
unfortunately the first service we had said we where ok to sit down, did not give us menu's or take off drinks order and ignored us for 25min despite my friends waving him over and he acknowledge the wave with a node. then the server proceeded to take 3 orders from tables who arrived after us, clearing another 4 tables and taking payment from 4 more tables. I asked two what looked to be runners in the time to gain service and no one came until I made it very clear we had been waiting patiently for 25 min and are clearly being ignored.
this is even we got the lovely yulia who was attentive and provided amazing customer service.
this review may sound harsh and I'm not one to say this normally but the only difference between myself and the other customers is my skin tone. id say if u are an ethnic minority or have family, friends or colleagues who are of an ethnic minority then maybe consider where u'd like to spend Ur cash. the dumplings where average. there another dumpling place across the square.

Let’s start with the good aspects of service as the entire experience wasn’t atrocious -
We were dining out as a party of 6 people, and despite the rush one of the servers (with a mustache) was excellent to accommodate us. He was the only shining example of professionalism last night
As for multiple examples of horrible service that would make anyone apoplectic -
The female server who handles high chairs for kids should be reprimanded for her behavior. Instead of letting us move the high chair while our 7 month daughter was sitting in it, the server pushed the chair so deep that our daughter’s finger got caught between the high chair and table. My daughter cried for a while, and thankfully cooler heads prevailed at the table preventing an escalation with the restaurant staff
It took around 25-30 minutes for wait staff to get our order. I understand that Sunday nights can be busy, but there should be some guidelines around the adequate number of waiters needed to provide timely service
By the time we received our food, it was 9.30pm (seated at 8.30pm). As we were finishing up around 10.15pm and wanted to order another round we were informed that the kitchen closed at 10pm. Again, some basic guidelines are needed for wait staff to inform customers about kitchen closing time
