We couldn't find a place to eat breakfast, and thanks to this place, we didn't leave Wrocław hungry! Hard Rock Cafe is definitely a place to visit, for anyone, including children. Perfect location, two floors with great amount of space, clean, ( tables, chairs NOT covered in food or fingerprints that are visible from a distance), Overall the hygiene of the place is 5 ⭐️ ! It was literally spotless - dusted regularly! The place seems to be very calm despite the rock music. It was literally spotless - dusted regularly. Very well prepared for customers to enjoy the place. You can eat, drink, and chat whilst listening to great music! They have shop as well, with cloths, etc...Life music regularly, make sure you check on their website for details. Staff is very friendly and KACPER deserves 5 starts service! Kacper is a friendly, kind, and thoughtful young man who knows how to make customers feel welcome. Also, I remembered to ssk about allergies. He looked after us so well, with no fuss! We enjoyed a friendly chat with the manager who came to say hello too. Thanks! Overall the staff is well deployed and occupied all over the restaurant so it's easy to call them if you need any help. Really enjoyed the food and the place itself. The service by Janek was outstanding.

Food:

The ribs were amazing, opted out to not touch the beans hence I don't eat them. But the ribs were delicious and juicy.

According to my girlfriend the burger was ordinary, nothing special, but wasn't bad at all. She enjoyed it.

The drinks - light with almost no alcohol. Enjoyed all 4 of them. Egg nog was amazing, would recommend trying it.

Cheesecake - polish cheesecakes aren't as good as in the U.S. The chocolate served with it was delicious, but cheesecake a bit too dry.

Lastly, the only thing that disappointed is the music choice. I am not taking or adding stars for this, but the play list doesn't suit the name. I expected to hear things like Memphis May Fire, Slipknot, Motionless in White and other bands of that sort, but instead got to listen to drum roll Post Malone.

The interior is sick, enjoyed every part of it. We were seated near the window with an amazing view. Really loved that everyone speaks English given it's an American cafe. Highly recommend visiting it. Very good location as well.

We ran into this place quite by accident, hiding from the sudden rain. The place turned out to be very pleasant and atmospheric. The staff is nice and friendly. To be honest, we have never encountered such an attentive and caring attitude anywhere before. We were asked separately if we had any food allergies. I, having a mild to moderate food allergy, told the staff about this just to make sure once again that the dish I ordered did not contain such allergens (but even if some traces were present, nothing bad would have happened to me, which I also said). After that, another person from the staff came up to me and carefully asked me about all the products that in any way cause allergic reactions in me, checked with my order, informed me that there may be minimal traces of similar products, made sure that I was happy with this and only then they sent my order to work. During the meal, they also came up several times and asked if everything was okay.

This level of care, quality and responsibility is very impressive. The dishes were tasty and a good size. The prices are above average, however, in my opinion the presence of all the advantages completely...
