Zakopiańskie Smaki — Restaurant in Zakopane

Choosed this place based on google review. But looks like chef cook changed since last year because till then most of positive reviews received. Our experience started with nice waitress and nice 6x shrimps in oil, very good cooked. But then we received our main dishes and it was total failure. I have ordered burger with chedder. Top bun was burned. Bacon was undercooked and beef cutlet burned on one side. It also had some picles, 1 tomato slice and 1 cheese slice. Bottom bun was softened due to wet tomato and picle. It was hard to eat due to dry cutlet and no souce. Together with burger I received “french baked fries”…. I dont know where they baked it, but 7 of 10 fries was undercooked and raw…

My wife ordered salmon with pasta in orange souce.. both pasta and salmon was without taste and any seasoning..

I left half of burger and almost all fries as tea money to service. Wife left almost untouched salmon for them also. Waitress can ask tea money from the cook, which probably dont know how to cook or was drunk.

Totaly not recommend if only you dont want to order shrimps, which was nice.

Price of positions are little bit higher than in other places.

In zakopane you can find more cheaper and more nicer place to...

The worst gastro experience around. Pizza was good. The spaghetti with shrimp, which was supposed to be with chili, was not spicy at all, we ordered 2x cheddar burger, the meat smelled sour, was bland and we waited 40 minutes for it!!! After alerting the staff, who were totally slow with the restaurant empty, I returned the burger saying it was not ok and it was returned to me completely disassembled from the kitchen saying it was absolutely fine!!! As a long time chef who also ran a burger restaurant I can guarantee you that the meat was rotten and the burger was disgusting. After eating at least one of the fries at the burger, since we were extremely hungry, they charged us for the entire burger portion. After refusing to pay for the tainted burger, they deducted one portion from our bill.I would not recommend it highly at all - service slow, kitchen extremely slow - all with a half empty...

This was an amazing place for a baptismal celebration. Zakopiańskie Smaki staff and owners were great and very quick to respond. The price was very affordable, but the location and view seem like it should be worth a lot more. The photo opportunities were plentiful to get breathtaking shots of the mountains. Amazing inside play area for the little ones and access to a big playground outside also with the view. All and all, my husband and I were very happy with this venue and we would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to organize a family event, or is just looking for a place to grab dinner. This is truly a hidden gem that is waiting to...
