Só Grelhados — Restaurant in Almada

The house was full and clearly there was no time to look at the costumers or take people's orders, on the behalf of the older server. The only people working were two younger servers that were absolutely lovely and trying their best to make up for the mess and confusion that was the service. The owner was nice trying to help, however, gave the excuse of "it was really busy" when we asked why our food had not appeared after an hour and a half - something more reviews from an year ago mention. It's been an year, and still 3 servers only for a full house of people in August? No wonder it took forever.

The older lady was absolutely terrible, ignoring everyone including her workmates, doing nothing and disappearing when needed - even saw her cuss at the boss. Absolutely terrible service from her, and I feel bad for the other workers that were having to amend her mess.

The food was really good, but after more than an hour can't say I was too excited to eat. I'll come back whenever Sofia isn't working...

I went to this restaurant with 3 other people and it unfortunately was a very unpleasant experience. When we arrived we noticed that it was quiet and asked before sitting down if they were open, we noticed that some of the workers were sat down eating, we were told they were open. After eating the starters we had to request that the dishes were taken away in preperation for the main meal. When we mentioned this to who seemed to be in charge, they told us to calm down as the workers were having their dinner. The food was burnt and not what was advertised.Very poor service! I will not...

I went there with some friends for lunch after reading many locals' positive reviews. When we got there we could see the fish which looked good so 3 of us decided to order two different dishes including tuna and salmon. The only friend who survived the experience of getting food poisoned was the the fourth of us who just ordered a tomato and onion salad. This means that it was not casual since diverse sorts of fish were in a bad condition....
