This is my first “one star”. My wife made a reservation for a bachelorette party well in advance , when they arrive (a party of 10) the owner said their reservation was canceled. My wife said they couldn’t be serious, and they didn’t cancel anything or were notified. Daniel Garcias told her they should have received a notification through the app, they didn’t use any app to make the reservation, then he said they must have received a phone call, which also didn't happen (even showed him the calling history). They basically called them liars and said there’s nothing they could do. Said the best they could do was sit them but not together. They said no thank you and left.
