Maybe the best meal I had in Aveiro. This was the simple brunch menu. A croissant with butter and Nutella, eggs with bacon, yogurt with fruit and granola, and a hot cocoa. All of this cost around €11. We were also told to leave a small tip. I am not sure if that is common practice in Portugal. Polite staff, although the service was very slow. To be fair, we were a large group, but the result was that half of the dishes arrived first and the rest later, with some being hot and others cold. Noteworthy is that I was able to enter the place with my guide dog without any negotiation, as required by law. I was glad not to face any problems. Overall, I recommend it.

We tried one of their brunch menu and it was wonderful. It was big enough for two persons in our case. Had to order an additional coffee as the menu includes only one but they had rice milk as well which was a nice surprise. They didn't have an English menu for us but the waiter patiently explained us the menu twice so it was no problem either. All in all I can totally recommend this place.

the food was amazing. very good chefs. we started with the lemonade, my sister got the passion fruit lemonade, I got the watermelon, and my mom got the mango. I tried all of them. the mango and watermelon were too sour and I only ended up having a couple sips of mine. in the mango at least you can taste it, and the watermelon has an aftertaste of watermelon. the passion fruit however tasted more like a warhead than anything else. couldn't taste any of the passion fruit. we asked the waiter if she could add a couple more pumps of syrup and she said she couldn't do that, I'm guessing they buy the lemonades pre made. so we asked if we could maybe get another flavor. we weren't trying to be difficult. I didn't like my lemonade but I didn't make a fuss about it cause it was bearable. the lemonade my sister got was too sour to drink. Our waitress (Cynthia) gave us a nasty look and went and got someone. he came over and told us we would have to pay for another one. we're on a budget rn so we said no thank you and she decided to just drink from a water bottle we brought. after that, they got my mom's order wrong. she order risotto with steak and they gave it to her with shrimp. we asked if we could get it done the way we ordered it and our waitress didn't say anything but rolled her eyes, took the plate, and walked away. it took probably 10-15 minutes to get the new food which isn't bad, but me and my sister had to eat our food since it wasn't very hot to begin with and we didn't want it getting cold. overall our waitress was pretty snobby and just not easy to talk to, the food was good but the service kind of ruined it. my sister works as a server and I work in the back of a kitchen, I know how hard being a waitress can be but you can't just be rude, plus us not being able to get another lemonade when he's tasted like straight dog...

The food was very good. The service was horrible. We had Cynthia as our waitress and she was very curt. We ordered three different flavored lemonade and two of them were insanely sour. The passionfruit didn't even have a wisp of flavor; just sourness. We informed her of this and asked if we could have a replacement drink and she got very pissy, took the drink and brought over another server to give us back the drink and say there's nothing they could do apart from adding the new drink onto the bill as well as the passionfruit one. She also messed up one of the orders and brought shrimp instead of steak. She seemed less than pleased when we informed her of this and did exchange it for the right dish, but did not seem too happy about it. In the short time we were there, she messed up three different tables orders and had to take them away and bring the correct dish. In short, do not go here if you expect good service and whatever you do, do not order the...

I've been here quite a few times now and I do have some complaints. For those of you that didn't know this place used to be called Milano before they closed and turned into urban spot and to be honest every time I've been here since the service and food have gotten worse and worse to the point that the ice-cream has lumps of sugar in it. Also the price has increased exponentially and just feels like a robbery every time I come here. The Ice-cream is OK at best and the sorbet is unironicly plasticy the crepes, wafels and pancakes taste of nothing. I'm not upset just sad and disappointed that one of my once favourite places to come to with my friends has become whatever it is now.

Edit: se eventualmente o dono do restaurante vir isto e disser que tudo que escrevi e irevevante porque nao apresentei oportunidades para melhorar e so dizer que...
