Zig-Zag — Restaurant in Aveiro

The worst service ever. Noisy place, tables one on top of each other. One of those times we came to Aveiro and wanted to have lunch and enjoy our time spending. We chose one of the free tables outside for 2 people. The woman attended us and immediately started creating problems, insisting for us to go as far as possible to the Conner, where was just one chair and no possibility to pass. I stayed with the sensation that I came to some dining room, but the workers are thinking they are in a great restaurant with all 3 Michelin stars. Do not get the hamburger grill sauce, the chips came cold, the sauce was extremely salty and although I asked for no bacon on my burger and the waiter explained it wouldn’t be possible as it’s in the sauce, he insured I would not be able to taste it in the sauce, although I definitely could. At one point the burger fell apart and I had to reassemble it which I have never had to do before, and after every bite I needed to clean my hands as the sauce was overflowing, and ended up using two napkins. This was the worst food i had in portugal and i am sorry to say that. The one star is for the lovely short waiter who was more than amazing and kind. We had 3 dishes. The first one with calamari rings: was ok but too much oil. The main course i had pasta with mushrooms. It was literally cream from a box heated for 10 seconds and mushrooms that came out of the can with no cooking. Not even salt was in the dish no flavor. My partner had a steak with garlic. It was just the steak no side dish nothing it was just bland for...
