What a find! I'm new to Braga, and just finding my way around. Popped into Rossio's to check it out and was very pleasantly surprised. Excellent service, limited menu of pub food which I found quite satisfying, and a comfortable and eclectic atmosphere. The place exudes personality, and attracts a diverse clientele. Several different seating areas, and at least one with plenty of sofas. We went for drinks and tapas. To start the sangria was disgusting. The waitress said it was made with vodka, espumante, licor beirão and orange juice :/ never heard of such a mixture but we quickly returned it and ordered beers instead. The board we ordered had a few pieces or cheap prosciutto, cheese and stale crackers. The owner charged us for half the sangria saying the 1 liter pitcher was half full, well thank you captain obvious we filled 3 glasses to try it, but left the 3 glasses full as it was literally undrinkable. Do not recommend, quality of food and drink is horrible, glassware came repeatedly dirty and staff was not friendly. Will never go back, there are outdoor terraces surrounding, any other is better than Rossio!

Fomos um grupo de amigas passar uma tarde na esplanada do Rossio para petiscar. Pedimos sangria branca, provamos e era péssimo! A empregada informou-nos que tinha sido feito com vodka, licor beirão, espumante e sumo de laranja, uma mistura que nunca vi antes, e agora entendo porquê, é uma mistura de sabores intragáveis. Pedimos uma caneca de um litro, enchemos 3 copos, provamos e devolvemos logo porque ninguém conseguiu beber. O dono cobrou-nos metade da sangria porque disse que a caneca estava a meio, ora obrigada, enchemos os copos mas continuaram cheios! Pedimos uma tábua, veio uma coisa muito pobre com umas fatias de presunto fraco, queijo e tostas ressessos. Os copos vieram sujos repetidamente e os empregados não eram simpáticos. Não aconselho este sítio, não voltamos e com tanta oferta à volta, qualquer outro...

Gostaria de expressar minha insatisfação com o atendimento que recebi recentemente. Pedi uma caipiroska de morango e, para minha surpresa, recebi uma bebida completamente diferente do esperado: feita com xarope artificial, extremamente aguada e sem qualquer frescor. Quando questionei a qualidade e pedi a substituição por outra bebida, a resposta foi ainda mais decepcionante — me informaram que “é assim que trabalham” e recusaram a troca. Além disso, o mojito extremante amargo, e como “solução “, foram oferecidos pacotes de açúcar. Sinceramente, essa postura demonstra pouco respeito pelo cliente e pela experiência que se propõem a oferecer. Espero que revejam esse tipo de prática, pois qualidade e bom atendimento são o mínimo que se espera em qualquer estabelecimento.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received.
