I went in the late afternoon to the Hotel's "Restaurant/Bar" - called 'Simone Coffee Shop' - I drank wine, ordered coffee and a croissant. After an hour I decided to ask if the restaurant was there and the employee answered me arrogantly "this is not a restaurant, it is a coffee shop....but we serve meals".... Ignoring the lack of manners, I asked if I could then have dinner from the table where I was and the lady gave me an indifferent and contemptuous yes in response. So I sat down waiting for them to come pick up my dishes and give me the menu... I waited 1h30... I still called with my arm twice with the employee looking and no one came. We visited Simone Coffe Shop twice in a row for a late breakfast and both meals were diverse and fresh, including freshly squized juice and coffee in price. When a customer tells you that they called and were given erroneous information, don't be defensive and snarky. Be helpful and apologetic. We could've stayed outside but this repulsive, off putting attitude from this woman made the place even more unappealing. Dishes seemed pretty mediocre too for a "specialty coffee" place....
