The place wasn't ready to serve when we arrived by the fork reservation, it was about 15 min past the opening time and the curtains were still closed and wasn't clear if it was open from the outside. The condiments weren't properly full, a few of them were almost empty and we couldn't use them. They seemed to be short on staff as well at the beginning at least. Be aware that you won't get the discount if you get a menu and even if you don't get a menu you have to say on the cashier or they will just charge you as menu. second best burger in the world and the best coffee milkshake ever, great outlook and concept, great service, and finally great french fries, maybe the only good french fries in Portugal. We went with our three kids who loved everything, especially the tap-your-own sauce bar, and it we were all so full with shared meals and it was only 30 euros. Quality and taste of the meat was great and wonderful vegetarian option, the sweet potatoes french fries were also delicious. really happy we went here, out of touristic zone, with locals, students and alternatives. very refreshing! thanks for the best junkfood...

well, was expecting a lot, but unfortunately it didn't meet the expectations. We were a group of 6, all of us order almost the same thing, fortunately i asked mine without salad because one of my friends had a worm in theirs and everyone got disgusted... they didnt even offer to pay for that meal which is a shame.
