The owner explained to us that âmaking gelato isnât hard. Itâs just all about the ingredients.â And his commitment to that shows through in the care he puts into the gelato, which he makes himself. The flavors are unique and delightful (although he has the standards too).
The coffee is also top-notch, not too bitter and not too acidic. Served in unique pottery from local artisans, each one different than the other.
And of course, the service is top notch. You can try as many samples as you would like, and hear all about the inspiration behind them and the shop â including the ownerâs engineer brother who quit to become a gelato maker.

The tasting is assisted also, when you're told all the details from each flavour, and he also recommends what to mix (you can even mix 2 for one ball). Well, of course the best part was having the ice cream, that is delicious and I already plan on coming back for more. We ended staying until the place was closing, with time going so fast with all the pleasures that it was. I got pistachio and hazelnut and just disappeared from this world for a minute.
