I received horrible service here. We came and ordered starters plus wine. Two of my friends received their starters after 20 min, which was weird since it was the most basic fruit salad and cheesecake. I didn’t receive any. After 10 min waiter came with “my” starter which was a dessert. I ordered salty corn starter. I told that it’s not mine, and it took help of another waiter to figure out. I pointed a few times at the menu at corn, to make sure they get it. After another 10min I received… another chocolate dessert. It took 50min for my STARTER to arrive during which the first waitress was hiding and avoiding going outside, I even saw her checking if we left or not, and going back inside, even so she was something like a front hostess the whole evening. After 2 messed up orders and about 1 hour in total I got my corn starter. It was… okay. Looked quite disappointing but tasted okay.
But that’s only the beginning! Then we asked for a check from the first waitress, when she finally decided to show up. She said okay and it will be there shortly. Another 10 min goes by and nothing. We asked the second waitress who was serving us. After her reaction I understood she never heard about us wanting a check, even so the 1 said she passed it to her. Then the second waitress disappeared for another 10min.
So after 20min of waiting I asked THIRD waiter and he finally brought our check and we paid.
So a quick wine tasting turned out to be 1 hour wait for not even a main dish but a starter, and two hiding waitresses. What a comedy for €20
No apology as well. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I think the restaurant should train their staff how to deal with them

Read moreI strongly do not recommend this place! We visited with our family and were absolutely shocked by the attitude and service. I understand it’s a tourist spot and maybe they don’t care much about proper service, but this was unacceptable.
The place was empty, and our order was very simple — yet they still managed to mess it up. • They brought the wrong toast: instead of one with meat, we got one with spoiled avocado that should’ve been thrown out days ago. • I ordered a non-alcoholic mojito, but they first brought one with alcohol. Then they forgot to make the correct one. • When we were about to leave, they finally brought the mojito — and the real comedy began. They forced us to pay for the alcoholic version because they “don’t have the non-alcoholic option in their computer system.” Whose problem is that? Why serve something you can’t properly charge for, and why make people pay for something they didn’t even drink?
And when we pointed this out, the waitress just gave us a disrespectful smile and said, “Well, sorry,” and walked away. Unbelievable.
It’s no wonder the place was empty while all the other nearby restaurants were full. Avoid this place...

We ordered two cocktails and a cake. About 10 minutes later, a waitress returned to inform us that the cocktails were no longer available. We then ordered two glasses of wine instead. The cake was delayed, and when it finally arrived – it was not the one we had ordered. After nearly 40 minutes, we received the wine, and after almost 50 minutes and several attempts to contact a staff member, the correct cake came, a very very mediocre cake.
