If you only have one poncha, have it here. Best of 10 or so we had. Gentleman working the bar makes each to order. The sound of the tenacious muddling of the freshly peeled citrus and sugar resounds through the square outside. Each batch made with dedication to a tried and true method. The results speak for themselves.
Also, a shout out to the young waiter who handles 30+ guests on the terrace with speed, grace, and good humor. Impeccable hustle.
We didn't get to try the food, but it looked to be an excellent value. Can't go wrong with this spot and it says something, I think, that they are beloved by tourists and locals alike.
