Horrible experience because of the wait staff. The waitresses were eating lunch when we arrived. They were irritated that I asked to sit on the patio to enjoy refreshments and sangria. The patio was completely empty at the time and the staff members eating lunch told us that we could not sit unless all of us ate. I have never been to a restaurant where I am told that every single person needs to order lunch to be seated, especially when the restaurant is completely empty. Then the staff member said they could not accommodate so many people (we were 15 people). I understand that 15 people is difficult to seat at once BUT there was NO ONE on the patio, yet the servers refused to seat us. I am writing this review because the owner should know that his staff rejects customers blatantly and without cause. We were a big group yes, we had a couple of children with us as well, but that is no reason to reject a family based on who is eating what. The last time I came here was 3 years ago and we enjoyed a sangria... I wanted to introduce my family to this place as I had fond experiences before but I will never go back again! We ended up at an amazing place right next door who served us with care and consideration. During the entire time we were next door, the patio remained empty and without the so called "reservations" the server told me about. Lazy and negative staff that ruined the experience. The blonde woman and the short haired woman did not want to work and gave various excuses why they could not serve us even though the restaurant was open and it...

🍲The risotto had way too much parmesan cheese by default, and you couldn't taste any other ingredient besides cheese. I advise the chef to add less cheese next time and let the client decide if they want to add more instead. The 🦑 dish didn't feel fresh, it was definitely frozen before. For the price you're paying I was expecting a bit more.

Dia 7 de setembro de 2021 vim aqui mostrar a minha decepção por conta de termos sido literalmente expulsos da esplanada só porque não iríamos consumir refeição e sim beber um café , dando a desculpa pelo funcionário antipático que duas tias estavam a nossa frente quando isso não era verdade. O funcionário foi rude e de julgamentos só porque não tínhamos cara de empresários. Mas como esse funcionário GRACAS A DEUS ,não faz a casa, venho mostrar o quão surpreendida e feliz fiquei no último atendimento agora em 2023. Era um senhor já " crescido" junto com a sua colega loirinha( que é super fantástica e tinha referido isso no post de 2021) , ambos atenderam nos super bem , fomos almoçar, desde as entradas até às sobremesas estava tudo muito bom. O senhor funcionário crescido foi sempre muito atencioso para connosco,sempre assegurando que estávamos bem e satisfeitos. Parabéns a esse senhor , e que o outro altarrão antipático que aprenda a ser um ser humano de valores como este senhor que nos atendeu. Saímos de lá bem atendidos e contentes. Concluindo assim que não é um mal educado que faz a casa e sim estes excelentes profissionais que não julgam as pessoas e atendem nos de igual forma seja para comer seja para um mero café. Ficamos gratos por este atendimento e ainda bem que deu para fazer mudar a crítica e meio que este senhor nos fez levar uma "chapad#" de luva branca . Muito sucesso para ele e para a senhorita loira e que sejam sempre valorizados pelo vosso excelente...
