I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your store.

I have been a loyal customer for some time, but today's visit left me extremely dissatisfied.

The service has noticeably declined, and the quality of the food and coffee has diminished.

In particular, I encountered an employee named Maria who displayed a lack of customer service skills.

She appeared impatient, condescending, and lacked proper manners. During my visit, my friend was attempting to order in Portuguese, and Maria's reactions made it clear she was bothered and impatient, despite my friend's efforts. Additionally, despite informing her that we wanted our croissants heated up, she failed to do so promptly and displayed annoyance when reminded.

Furthermore, I observed Maria and her colleague engaging in unprofessional behavior, including pushing each other and exchanging insults while customers were present.

This created a hostile and uncomfortable environment for patrons.

As a long-time customer, I expect better from your establishment.

If this level of service continues, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.

I hope you will address these issues promptly to ensure a more pleasant experience for your customers...

"A Padaria Portuguesa" is a chain of bakeries spread throughout Lisbon. These places are clean, well located, open every day, and consistently offer high quality food at affordable prices. They are ideally for breakfast or a fast meal while having a conversation or checking the internet. The variety, a delight for your eyes, goes well beyond breads to include a multitude of appetizers, salads, coffees, juices, soups, pastry and cakes! Enter, take a number, fetch your order and enjoy your coffee, milk or fresh juice to soak the sandwich or pastry of your choice! Ah! When finished please return the tray. My breakfast there was invariably a "sandes mista sem manteiga" that is a sandwich made with a freshly baked roll with cheese and ham. Together with a tasty "rissol" (made with shrimps, egg, butter and spices ), an "empada" (chicken or spinach) and one "pastel de nata" (egg tart pastry). A tall glass of orange juice or a "galão" (coffee with milk) would clear my throat! Finally, a free "bica cheia" (like an espresso in a small cup full of strong, aromatic Portuguese coffee roasted to perfection) would keep me awake and energetic to walk around the...

Desde logo, as pessoas acolheram A Padaria Portuguesa e tivemos grande adesão.

Very tasty food, nice people, and interior. They should wash the windows tho and paint the walls in the toilet, because it changes the impression of the place when you see the bathrooms. Also, the number system is not very obvious for the new people and those who don’t speak Portuguese

Great cafe, always busy. Primarily caters for locals although some English is spoken too. Ticketing system is in place. Croissants with filling were great, and so was Americano coffee. I much prefer this cafe to hyped up "coffee shops" around. Thanks!
