REVISED REVIEW Sadly, I have had to edit this review. And I hate to do this because this used to be one of my favourite places. However over the last six months to a year the service is massively declined. Simple courtesies like bringing a drink to the table before the food seem to be an impossibility . The staff don’t seem to care at all.

The family feel and kindness and warmth has gone. The staff make you feel like an inconvenience I will leave my previous review below for old times sake. However, what was previously a five star review on all fronts would be a zero if I could give it that!

Me and my friends came to visit, we wanted to eat and drink we were a table of 8, they said wait 10 minutes and we agreed to wait but as in 5 mins a table came and they took them first, the workers were giving us dirty looks, we still decided to wait and 30 minutes past and when we decided to ask the old blonde guy he said he can’t take us and we were angry because he couldn’t tell us this in the beginning and waited until 30 minutes for us to ask. Everyone was being racist. We were all international tourist and we experienced absolutely disgusting amount of racism. We went again to give them another chance so they can redeem themself but the same old guy said we are shutting down when there was CLEARLY costumers. I have a picture of the guy me and friends are disappointed and we advice you to not go and make the racist rich. DISGUSTING COSTUMER SERVICE YOU LOST ATLEAST...

Lived next door from Al Parmigiano for a year. It was the first restaurant I visited in Lisbon and last. Throughout the year on countless occassions, I've eaten here alone, with friends, and family. The staff has always been the most welcoming, friendly, and just made me feel like at home even when I was just passing down the street. From like 3rd visit there, they greeted me simply when I'd just walk down the street with a massive smile.

Regarding food, really enjoyed pizza, especially Crudo&Rucola, Calabresa, Al Parmigiano and with pasta Penne Al Forno. Those would be my top picks after trying most of menu, but all of the positions I've tried were good 😅

Thank you for everything to everyone working there and I recommend everyone to visit if you're here for a day, a week, a year or longer. Little home...
