What a find! A few short steps from the chaos of the crowds, this mellow, tree-shaded vibe of the Banana Cafe is a perfect respite. Delicious banana bread, spinach pastries, and excellent espressos.

Great music, awful service! I don’t normally complain but wow the staff here are extremely rude! I asked for 2 electric ice tea (which their QR menu shows) the woman looked at me as if I’d kicked her dog! After getting a blank response after asking several times, I got told ‘we don’t do’ even though the menu shows they do. Then I asked for 2 ciders, she brought me back to large draught beers! I explained this is not what I ordered, she then stormed off and got me two ginger ales to my amusement! Her colleague then interfered and got my correct drinks meanwhile the lady who served me was extremely rude as if this was my fault! Do not recommend this...

Came for some Vermouth, which they didn't have (sad 😢) We wanted some french fries, I don't think they had it because I didn't understand what she told me. The reason for my bad review is the treat we received and the effort they put in...
