I had the pleasure of dining at Brant – Pq. das Nações, and I must say, it was an extraordinary culinary experience from start to finish. Among the many highlights of the evening, the buckwheat miso dish truly stood out as a masterclass in balance, innovation, and deep umami flavor. The buckwheat miso brought a rustic earthiness with a beautifully fermented depth, subtly smoky and nutty, perfectly complementing the seasonal vegetables and proteins it was paired with. It’s rare to find a dish that feels both comforting and elevated at the same time — but this one did exactly that. Every element on the plate felt intentional, with textures and temperatures playing off each other harmoniously. The presentation was elegant without being overworked, and the service throughout the evening was attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. Brant effortlessly blends creativity with respect for ingredients — and the result is a dining experience that feels both grounded and exciting. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area and appreciate thoughtful, innovative cuisine. I’ll definitely be returning — and I hope the buckwheat miso stays on the menu!

Absolutely delicious- the croissant was perfect and it was filled with salmon, fried egg, avocado, pickled onions, pumpkin seeds and hollandaise on top, YUM! And of course I had to get the syrniki, fried cottage cheese pancakes with salted caramel and strawberries, sour cream with lemon and lime zest .. so good! For drinks we got a blue matcha latte, it was a baby blue color and was perfectly creamy, slightly sweet just enough sweetness without being overbearing. And I got a v60 pour over specialty coffee which was not acidic, more on the dark chocolate side. Everything was so good I placed a large order for takeaway of an assortment of pastries so that I can try even more things later today at home. While we were waiting for our pastries (and another blue matcha latte for takeaway) the chef surprised us with a special French treat, an almond dense small finger cake with blueberry baked inside and a side of egg white cream as a dipping cream- yum! Thanks very much, we will be back again.

One of the true highlights of my visit to Brant – Pq. das Nações was their house-made Brazilian coffee 🇧🇷 — a beautifully crafted cup that reflects both tradition and precision. Sourced locally and roasted in-house, the coffee celebrates the rich heritage of Brazilian beans — bold, aromatic, and deeply flavorful. From the first sip, you can taste the quality: smooth body, gentle acidity, and comforting notes of toasted nuts, cacao, and just a hint of fruitiness in the finish. What makes it even more special is the care in its preparation. The baristas are clearly passionate and knowledgeable, and the attention to detail shows — served at the perfect temperature, with elegant presentation and a warm explanation of the origin and roast. Whether enjoyed as an espresso, filter, or slow brew, this coffee isn’t just a drink — it’s part of Brant’s identity. A perfect way to start or end your experience here. Truly, Brazil in a cup.
