An absolute gem. The meal opened with a Capri salad dressed in vibrant pesto—so fresh, balanced, and bursting with flavor that it outshone the version I once had in Capri itself. A true winner, and the perfect start to an exceptional meal. The outstanding wine macchiato set the tone—balanced, rich, and crafted with real care. The pasta dishes were unforgettable: the linguine carbonara silky and indulgent, the tagliatelle ragù deep with flavor and perfectly textured. Every element was made from scratch in the open kitchen, a detail that shines through in the freshness and authenticity of the dishes.

The pistachio ice cream closed the meal on a high note: creamy, nutty, and refined. What ties it all together is the restaurant itself—modern, airy, and elegant—paired with a team that clearly obsesses over detail. A place that doesn’t just serve food, but creates...

Pausa Audaz is a hidden gem in the realm of Italian cuisine, offering an exquisite experience for pasta aficionados. The carbonara with freshly made linguine pasta was an absolute revelation, bursting with flavors that danced on my palate with every bite. Each strand of pasta was a testament to the craftsmanship and dedication of the chef. Moreover, the tiramisù served at Pausa Audaz is nothing short of spectacular. Creamy and perfectly balanced, it was the ideal finale to an extraordinary meal. The staff's warmth and hospitality further enhance the dining experience, making it truly memorable. Whether you're a connoisseur of Italian cuisine or simply seeking a culinary adventure, Pausa Audaz is the epitome of excellence. Grazie mille for a delightful...

I rarely leave a review for a place, but I have to admit that the atmosphere, the staff, and the menu convinced me to share my experience. Starting with the location, the place is intimate and delicate, with a spacious outdoor terrace to enjoy beautiful days. The products, genuinely Italian, and the generous portions make you feel at home and with family. Last but not least, the staff is extremely kind and helpful, offering excellent advice and always with a smile. An extra star for the chef, Jacopo. Besides his great cooking skills, he was able to show us friendliness and conviviality, typical of Italian hospitality. You know, the beauty of Italian culinary art also lies in its...

Very rarely do I trust high rated restaurants (4.6 at this time) on google. This little spot however is an actual 5/5 imo. Instead of some bloated menu with subpar dishes, this place just gets it right. Focusing on quality rather than quantity, the menu allows you to pair pasta types with a sauce of your choice. The menu also seems to change daily (as they make fresh pasta and dessert the day-of). I had fresh salsa tomato and parsley tagliatelle with a creamy parmigiano sauce, absolute bomb. On top of that, the staff was extremely nice and the place has a waterfront view! 🙂

What a find ! Family run restaurant.. father and son team. From a distance it looks like a small unassuming "cafe like " eating establishment ... A cosy interior... simple and plain..But effective. Greeted warmly by the owner who is italian. All pasta is freshly made .. as are all of the desserts. Menu changes daily with perfect range of of 3 - 5 main dishes . Cannot fault the meals....And as for the desserts , they are another level of ecstasy. Pleasant wines served with the food... Not an expensive restaurant for the quality of the food. Highly recommend
